Friday afternoon Emily, Nichole and I met at a really cool cafe in downtown phoenix to discuss decor and some more details about our event. We finalized what we want our volunteers to be wearing and decided on our decor. Were going to get some wood and have one of our friends paint something really cool on it for people to sign at our event. We think it will be a nice touch. We also split up afterwards to go talk to a few places in downtown phoenix and invite them/ put out flyers for people to see. 9 days away!!!!!!
