Feb. 17th

This is the first week our ideas have been really cohesive and that’s a great feeling. I’m excited about our idea although it has become clear how busy all of us are and how much work we’re going to have to commit to if we want to pull this event off at the scale that we have been envisioning it. However, I am thankful that we all appear to be good and direct communicators.

One valuable thing that I have learned in the past two weeks is how valuable customer/audience research is for the effectual entrepreneur. The information that we have gathered from our peers and the people that we’ve spoken to has helped up articulate our idea in ways that were unexpected.
